Dr Sharonda H Davis
President
Sharonda Hankins Davis, a native of Bolivia, NC, is a devoted wife, mother of three, grandmother of five, and an accomplished Entrepreneur, Author, Teacher, Missionary, and Mentor. As the 11th of 14 children, she learned the value of faith and service early in life.
Sharonda accepted her call to ministry in 2004 and was ordained in 2018. She founded His Chosen Outreach Ministry Inc.in 2017, focusing on empowering individuals and communities through faith-based initiatives. In 2023, she earned her Doctorate in Christian Ministries from North Carolina Theological Seminary, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and spiritual growth.

A passionate teacher and leader, Sharonda has over a decade of experience teaching youth Sunday school, instructing at New Life Bible College, and leading impactful Bible studies. Since 2014, her ministry has expanded globally with mission work in Haiti and Guatemala.
Locally, she serves faithfully at Generations Church as the Local Missions Ambassador, Character Coach for FCA (Fellow Of Christian Athletics), Faith Relations Committee with Habitat for Humanity, South Brunswick Island Rotary Club and in the community, mentoring and encouraging others.
Driven by Romans 10:17, Sharonda’s greatest desire is to see lives transformed through salvation, healing, and the Word of God.

Amanda Mizelle
Treasurer
Amanda is a devoted follower of Christ, a passionate worship leader, and a dedicated servant in ministry. She relocated to the Southport area in the spring of 2022 from Holly Springs, NC, bringing with her a heart for worship, discipleship, and community impact.
​
A loving wife to her husband, Randy, and proud mother of two adult children, Tanner and Kylie, Amanda’s life is centered on faith and family. During the school year, she serves as a speech therapist at Southport Elementary School, where she pours into the lives of children with care and compassion.
​
Amanda passion for leading others into the presence of God is evident in her dedication to worship and discipleship. She also has a heart for early childhood education, having founded a thriving preschool at her former church in Holly Springs—a ministry that continues to impact young lives to this day.
As a valued board member of His Chosen Outreach Ministries Inc., Amanda brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a deep love for God’s people. Her commitment to serving others and advancing the Kingdom aligns perfectly with the ministry’s mission to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Nancy is a highly accomplished strategic consultant and communications leader
with over 30 years of proven success in shaping innovative programs, guiding
organizational growth, and delivering meaningful impact across government, nonprofit, and mission-driven sectors.

Nancy's unique strength lies in translating complex challenges into clear strategies that drive results. From launching digital postage solutions with the U.S. Postal Service to
advancing platform modernization and contract success for the Joint Staff’s Joint
Knowledge Online (JKO) program, Ms. Russell brings rich background, broad and
strategic insight, and seasoned leadership with a collaborative spirit to every
engagement.

Dr. Jamye Hickman is the dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO), where she leads with visionary excellence, unwavering faith, and a profound commitment to transformative service. A devoted Christian, loving mother, and passionate advocate for community empowerment, Jamye embodies the ministry’s mission to inspire holistic growth through Christ-centered programs that cultivate spiritual enrichment, academic achievement, and life skills development.

Armed with a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, Jamye brings a distinguished background in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. Her expertise fuels the ministry’s growth, driving impactful initiatives that touch lives both locally and globally. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jamye is a dedicated farmer and beekeeper, embodying the principles of stewardship, sustainability, and nurturing—values that seamlessly align with her approach to leadership and community building.

Kimmie Durham
Kimmie has been involved with the ACS since age 10 as a volunteer. She spent 16 years serving Relay for Life Gwinnett County, GA as team captain, relay chair and participant. Kimmie is a Third Generation Survivor of ductal carcinoma of the right breast. She celebrated 26 years of survival in August 2023. She spends her time advocating for cancer patients, community awareness & education.
She hosted The Pink Party -"Celebrate the TWINS" at Twin Lakes each October to raise monies for Flocking for a CURE Relay Team, Brunswick County Relay for Life from 2007 -2020. Kimmie is part of the Leadership Team of The Cape Fear Region Relay for Life. Kimmie believes that together we will eradicate cancer and she will continue to fight for the CURE! There are 14 million cancer survivors in the United States today and that is a direct result of the decades of research, development, programs and support from the ACS to the community. She provides hope and encouragement to those she meets and is grateful to share her survivor journey with each of you!

Kimmie was on the Gwinnett Auxilary Board for the ACS for 20 years. This Board held the Annual HOPE Fashion Show in Atlanta, GA for 26 years. They raised over 2.3 Million Dollars for research, education and programs for those affected by Cancer. She served as Chair of the event 4 times and was the Survivor Speaker 3 times. This event reached 650 participants each year.
Kimmie devotes her time as a Patient Advocate to give back to families going through their own cancer/health crisis journey.

In Brunswick County Kimmie has served her Community in various ways. She is the current Past President of the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center Foundation. She served as president for 6 years. She believes in the mission and vision of the Foundation and the programs that directly impact our community.
Kimmie believes in the direct impact that each individual has on their community. “The investment of your time makes a huge impact in the lives of our fellow human beings”.

Kimmie is poised to devote herself to the mission and vision of Kingdom Kids and watch the impact we will have on our youth in Brunswick County.

Executive Assistant
Skylar has been a dedicated part of the His Chosen Outreach Ministries Inc. family for over three years, faithfully serving with passion and purpose. Her heart for youth shines brightly in all she does, inspiring and impacting the lives of those she serves.
A proud graduate of South Brunswick High School, Skylar is currently pursuing her studies at Brunswick Community College, balancing her academic journey with her unwavering commitment to ministry. Her dedication goes beyond what is expected, consistently demonstrating excellence, leadership, and a genuine love for the youth in our community.

Skylar’s servant-hearted spirit, coupled with her drive to make a difference, makes her an invaluable asset to His Chosen Outreach Ministries Inc. She continues to lead with grace, compassion, and an undeniable passion for helping the next generation grow in faith and purpose.
